We all know that monsters aren’t real and they do not exist, but they are the most common things in most of the video games today. 99% of the games that I have played up till today, I had to kill and destroy whatever monsters that came in my path in order to save the world. I honestly don’t remember being in a monster game that does not involve any killing. The only games that monsters have no place in are: racing games; real life based shooting games, simulating games and sports games. Even roll-playing games are full of hideous creatures, wizards and insects that you have to kill in order to pass the level. Video games are the best place for this entire crazy thing to take place on.
I just don’t see games succeeding without any killing. Sure there might be a few game developers that could come up with an original idea to entertain without having someone murdered. But games like that don’t come along easily. It is very difficult to keep the fun and entertainment level high without any violence.

Violence in Video Games - Part II
Video games aren’t just for killing or destroying things. People that love to race and go really fast with their cars can also enjoy video games. There are many different realistic looking racing games that can do a pretty decent job of simulating a real car feeling. Unfortunately video games can’t give you that cool breeze or the bouncy seat, but it sure doesn’t put your and others lives on the line just for some speed.
